We have new details about the domestic violence incident involving James Kennedy. As we’ve been reporting, the 32-year-old television personality was arrested for misdemeanor domestic violence on Tuesday night — hours after “causing a huge scene” and displaying “erratic” behavior at Kathy Hilton’s annual holiday party.

Law enforcement sources revealed to TMZ that police were called to his home in Burbank, California after an eyewitness saw him and a woman arguing.

Police didn’t find any visible injuries on the woman but still determined this was a domestic incident and took him away in handcuffs.
