Naya Rivera’s death has been ruled as accidental.The Glee star died aged 33 after disappearing during a boating trip with her four-year-old son Josey on July 8.Authorities confirmed on Monday that her body had been found in their search and rescue mission on Lake Piru, California.A document has since been released by the Ventura County Medical Examiner’s Office regarding the cause of Naya’s death.It read: ‘The autopsy findings are consistent with a drowning and the condition of the body is consistent with the time that she was submerged.‘No traumatic injuries or disease processes were identified at autopsy.‘There is no indication from the investigation or examination that drugs or alcohol played a role in the decedent’s death, but specimens.
