Naya Rivera's dad has opened up about how her son is doing after she tragically died last summer. George Rivera says the five-year-old, who was with Naya when she died, is "really strong" and "handling it really well".

The former Glee star was pronounced dead in July 2020, five days after she went missing at California's Lake Piru while taking a boat ride with Josey.

She was just 33-years-old. George has now said that Josey talks about his mum frequently as he has memories of her and what happened on that tragic day.

Naya's dad credits Josey's father, Ryan Dorsey, and Naya's younger sister, Nickayla Rivera, with helping the little boy cope.
