EastEnders star Natalie Cassidy has set a rule for fans who are gearing up to watch Thursday's dramatic live episode. It's a big one for her character Sonia Fowler, who last night went into labour while trapped in a fire at the Queen Vic.Tonight, Natalie will be tasked to give birth to her baby live in one take and she admits she's feeling the pressure.

In the latest episode of her and Joanna Page's podcast Off The Telly, the 41-year-old pleaded with listeners not to mention any mistakes that she might make.

After an excited Joanna asked fans to send in their thoughts once the episode airs, Natalie interjected: "Please could you keep them short and sweet. "And if I make a mistake, if I do something wrong, can we just not talk about it please?

Make sure you watch." As part of the special hour-long episode on Wednesday, Sonia was heard screaming: "This baby's coming, it's coming!", as both Bianca (Patsy Palmer) and Lauren (Jacqueline Jossa) looked on in concern.
