It has since come to light that Naomi has been living with her secret boyfriend in America, and friends of the star believe she used a surrogate to become a first time mum.
In February Naomi alluded to her baby, telling i-D: "2021 is going to be a great year, we've just got a few more bumps to get through first.
I believe that this is going to be an amazing year. Actually, I don't just believe it will be - I feel it will be." While she expressed her desire to be a mother in an interview with the Evening Standard.
