Loose Women panellist has opened up to Express.co.uk about experiencing menopause.The presenter admitted how she actually mistook her early symptoms of menopause in a health scare.Nadia thought hair loss and weight gain were actually indicative of cancer or another disease.Chatting to Express.co.uk, she explained: “My menopause was all very crazy and scary for me at the beginning, I didn’t know it was the menopause.“I thought I had Alzheimer’s or womb cancer.“My hair started falling out and thinning and I had bouts of anxiety, depression and weight gain which I had no idea how to deal with.”She continued: “At that time no one was talking about how to care for your hair during the menopause and what happens to your hair during it.”Hair loss.
