Long-running Loose Women star Nadia Sawalha has reflected on being part of the panel for over two decades, admitting she’s grown up a lot during her time on the hit ITV show.

Speaking exclusively to OK!during our International Women’s Day shoot with Nadia and some of her co-stars, the 57 year old confessed she thought the programme would only last for a couple of series.

However, the mum of two, who said she was “empty-headed” when the show first launched in 1999, went on to say she was thrilled Loose Women is now in its 23rd year on the box.

She added that by working with the other women, she’s “learnt a lot” and has seen herself grow as a person. Get exclusive celebrity stories and fabulous photoshoots straight to your inbox with OK!'s daily newsletter.
