Viewers of dating show My Mum, Your Dad, have been left distracted by one aspect of the programme. In the series, Davina McCall hosts while single parents, who are all living in the same luxury mansion, look for love again.They've been nominated by their children, who are watching on nearby without them knowing.
It's a heart-warming addition to our screens and has been likened to Love Island for older adults. No stone has been left unturned so far when it comes to subject matter- from grief and abandonment to trust issues.
But one part of the show is leaving viewers seriously preoccupied - the soundtrack. It means people can't help bopping along to the music as they watch the parents dip their toes back into the dating pool.
One person said of the music, which is mostly from the 80's: "The soundtrack to #MyMumYourDad is sensational! Like listening to @magicfm.They understood the brief." Another person added: "I'm loving this series so far but whoever was in charge of the music knows their tunes, some great songs being played." A third revealed they were also a big fan of the tracks: "Watching #MyMumYourDad which is excellent… but can we just mention the soundtrack to it.
