ok.co.ukMy Mum, Your Dad contestant Sharon Benson has announced that she is 'heartbroken' as her dad sadly passed away today (February 28).The 53 year old posted on her Instagram Stories that her dad has died just months after her mum's passing.
She wrote: "Mam & Dad 56 years together, you just wanted to be with her... She'll probably have a go at you for missing her birthday.
My Dad passed away peacefully 3am... we are heartbroken." Sharon's emotional post follows the death of her mother in September.
At the time she announced the sad news to social media with a black-and-white photo of her mum, which she captioned: "Finally she is at peace, sweet dreams Mama".
