My Mum, Your Dad fans were devastated as two fan-favourite stars were sent home from the Retreat in a twist during the latest episode of the ITV2 reality dating show.

Caroline and Clayton were sadly chosen to leave the house on Tuesday, 19 September, after they weren't making connections with any of the others - though it has now been revealed that the kids have secretly been dating behind the scenes.

While Caroline, 51, initially had a romance with widow Roger, 58, things sadly fizzled out between the pair. Janey also had a connection with Clayton at first, but she and Roger are now seeing where things go between them.

As host Davina McCall delivered the sad news, she said: "Our relationship experts have chosen two people who they believe have got all they can out of the experience and will take what they've learned into the outside world." She then revealed who were being sent home, and as the others started to cry, she asked the pair what they've taken from the show. "I've just learned to open up," Caroline said. "Not coming away from the retreat feeling that it's not ok.
