My Bloody Valentine have announced details of their first live show since 2018. Find the details below.The iconic alt-rock band took to Instagram for the surprise announcement this morning (November 25) – confirming that they will be heading to Dublin next year for their only scheduled gig of 2025.For the show, the members will return to the city in which they formed on November 22, and perform at the 3Arena.
As reported by Hot Press, the gig marks their first Irish headline show since 1992.Sharing a simple poster announcing the gig, the band also confirmed that tickets go on sale this Friday (November 29) at 10am local time.Pre-sale access is also available from tomorrow (26) at 9am, although it is only available to those who sign up for the band’s newsletter.

This comes as the last My Bloody Valentine shows took place in North America back in 2018.Since then, the members revealed in 2021 that they were working on two new albums for Domino, which will follow up their 2013 comeback record ‘mbv’.
