Mumford & Sons have announced that they will be donating money from ticket sales to help support grassroots music venues across the UK.

confirmed details of a UK and European tour last week. Six shows were planned for the UK, kicking off in Glasgow and comprising stops in Manchester, Sheffield, Birmingham, Cardiff and London.
Now, the band have confirmed that they will be using the ticket sales to help support grassroots venues in the UK.This comes as £1 from every ticket sold on the UK leg of the tour will be donated to the Live Trust – a new funding initiative from LIVE that will offer financial support to those working across live music.
