Mumford & Sons break out classic tracks at intimate live-streamed show in Manchester

Mumford & Sons played an intimate live-streamed show in Manchester – check out photos and the setlist below.The gig took place at the Aviva Studios last night (April 2) and was held as part of a new partnership with Amazon Music, as part of the brand’s latest run of City Sessions.It also came in celebration of Mumford & Sons’ new album ‘RUSHMERE’, which arrived last Friday (March 28) and marked the follow-up to 2018’s ‘Delta’.

It is also Marcus Mumford, Ted Dwane and Ben Lovett’s first record as a trio, following the departure of banjoist Winston Marshall in 2021.While at the show – which will be streamed live on Prime Video and the Amazon Music UK channel on Twitch – the band broke out numerous tracks from the new LP.

The Mumford & Sons gig marks the last of four shows across 2024 and 2025 presented by Aviva.At time of writing, ‘RUSHMERE’ is currently on track to reach the top spot on the UK album charts this week, although is facing tough competition from The Darkness, who dropped their latest album ‘Dreams On.
