A mum who piled on the pounds after snacking on crisps and biscuits has revealed her secret to losing more than two stone. Hayley Tipton was struggling with her confidence and self-esteem by the time she finally decided to join a weight loss group in February this year.

I was eating all the wrong things and not in moderation. I was snacking throughout the day on biscuits, crisps and chocolate. “Also, my alcohol intake was creeping up even during the week and I wasn’t keeping active or doing any form of exercise. “I joined Beeweighed in Northwich at the beginning of February with my sister.
We were both unhappy with ourselves and we just needed guidance.” Hayley chose to follow a calorie-controlled diet by using a calorie counting app.
