A mum who became fed up of snide comments and 'judgey' looks during her food shop has resorted to sticking a warning sign for other shoppers on her trolley.
Jeni Bonell is a mum-of-16 and usually spends £232 on her weekly shop, which includes 24 rolls of toilet paper and 36 litres of milk.
Although she is picking up the same items as usual, Jeni, from Queensland, Australia, says other customers often mumble and give her accusing looks during her shop during the coronavirus pandemic.
Shopping for all her children, who are aged between four and 29, Jeni decided to let her fellow shoppers know exactly why she was buying so much food.
