A mother-of-three broke another woman's nose when she headbutted her in a dispute over alleged vandalism. Cardiff Magistrates' Court heard how, Stacey Withey attacked the victim over 'tens of thousands of pounds worth' of damage to her business.
The court heard how the 34-year-old from Ynysawdre in Bridgend county attacked Gemma Thomas because she was 'under significant stress'.
The incident took place in Jubilee Crescent in Sarn on April 4 last year. Prosecutor Lucy Mansfield said: "It was a neighbourhood dispute.
