A mum couldn't stop laughing after receiving a store loyalty card addressed 'Miss A Hole' - after the shop worker wrote down her name wrong at the till.

Kate Hall had popped into Lakeland in Llanelli after taking her four-year-old daughter Poppy for an eye test at an opticians close by.

The mum-of-three wandered round the kitchenware store before picking up some Tupperware for Poppy and her two sons Alfie, nine, and seven-year-old Ellis.

While paying at the checkout, the shop employee asked if she would like to sign up to the store's loyalty scheme. Kate agreed and gave them her details, including her name and address, Wales Online reports.
