But one mum has revealed how she and her husband keep their sex life "fresh" and "exciting" even with full-time jobs and two kids.
Blessing Platinum-Williams, an English teacher from Watford, first met her husband Michael in 2009 and claims back then they couldn't keep their hands off each other - having sex up to 13 times a week.
But after expanding their family, Blessing, 30, noticed that their sex life was waning, reports Daily Star. The pair decided to take action and since 2016 have been having monthly sex "training days".
