An 11-year-old boy and his family were refused entry to a Pizza Hut restaurant because he was unable to use hand sanitiser they provided.
Blue Braidley has eczema, meaning he cannot use the product as it makes his skin become dry, itchy and painful. When the family arrived at the Barbican Leisure Park restaurant in Plymouth on Friday, a member of staff greeted them and asked for everyone to use the provided sanitiser.
But when Penny, 46, explained that her son could not use the sanitiser and asked to go to the bathroom to wash his hands with soap, she was refused and asked to leave.
