A mum claims she was forced to sleep on a ‘piece of wood’ while on a £4,000 nightmare holiday in Turkey. Sarah Kershaw, of Oldham, spent a week at an all-inclusive hotel in Icmeler with her husband Stephen and children Paige, 16, Patrick, 13, and Stephanie, 12, in July.

The family, from Chadderton, had been “so excited” for their first holiday abroad together – despite being forced to re-book multiple times.

The dream break had initially been planned for October 2020 but had to be moved to July 2021 due to the coronavirus pandemic, with the family having to pay for the changes.
