Sadie Trigg and her daughters were on a stroll near Lud's Church in Staffordshire Peak District when a naked man wearing just a bumbag dashed past.
The 29-year-old challenged the jogger about why he was running in the buff when there were youngsters about - but he said 'I'm only out for a run, what's wrong with that?".
The girls - aged 11, 10, four and three - were left unnerved by the encounter with the nude man. Sadie, from Newcastle, told StokeonTrentLive : "We were on our way back and it was about 7.15pm.
