A mum and her currently wheelchair-bound daughter were left out in the rain alongside other passengers by a Stagecoach bus on the evening of October 5.
Rather than complete the remaining scheduled bus stops, the number two bus service abruptly finished early. The bus driver had allegedly informed passengers that she was "over my time" and that her boss was not sending a replacement driver, so she had to vacate the bus in Bransholme, Hull.
