Charlotte Barker, 26, and mum Sharon, 50, who are both Manchester Royal Infirmary nurses, spend £60 a month on giving their 7ft tree a new theme.
Taking pride of place in their living room bay window, the Christmas tree has become a talking point among their neighbours, with passing children excited over what they come up with next.
