At least two students have been suspended from a college swim team after allegedly scratching a racial slur onto another student’s body.
On Thursday, Gettysburg College President Robert Iuliano issued a lengthy statement concerning a heinous incident that allegedly occurred between members of the Pennsylvania school’s swim team and another student.
He explained: Ummm, we’re sorry, but WHAT THE F**K?!?! A racial slur scratched onto a student???? So in other words, a hate crime?? Robert continued: The college President went on to reveal that an investigation is currently underway where “witnesses are being interviewed and key information is still being understood.” We hope the students who allegedly inflicted such a deplorable act are held responsible should the investigation confirm the incident!!
According to the Associated Press, at least two students have already been suspended from the college’s swim team. However, the Gettysburg Chief of Police Robert Glenny Jr.
