Much loved Gogglebox couple file for divorce after 'growing apart'
ok.co.ukGogglebox star Stephen Lustig-Webb and his husband Daniel are reported to be divorcing after six years of marriage. According to The Sun on Sunday, Stephen, 52, has vowed to remain friends with 43-year-old Daniel, with whom he runs a hair salon.
Stephen told the publication: “It’s with much sadness Daniel and I have decided to divorce. "There is, and always will be, a lot of love there but we’ve unfortunately grown apart and made the decision to part ways.” Daniel said: “We’ve made the decision with a very heavy heart to confirm our marriage has come to an end.
I’m sure we will forever be friends.” OK! contacted reps for comment. The pair, who got engaged in 2016, tied the knot in 2018 during a ceremony held at the Chateau de Lisse in Lot-et-Garonne, France.
At the time, Stephen tweeted a picture of the newlyweds, penning: "Just married @chateaudelisse #france #gogglebox #wedding @lustig75." Daniel also shared a sweet picture of the happy couple, and gushed in the caption: "Happiest day of my life." Stephen joined the original lineup of Gogglebox in 2013 with his ex-boyfriend, Chris Ashby-Steed.
