MrBeast and James Patterson are working on a new book together! It is being reported that the 26-year-old YouTuber, whose real name is Jimmy Donaldson, has teamed up with the 78-year-old author for a new thriller novel that is already getting offers to be turned into a TV series or movie. Keep reading to find out more…According to Deadline, the logline for the novel reads, “Players fight to survive deadly tests held in dangerous locations around the world, as they battle to become ‘The One.’” It is believed that the story is similar to the Netflix series Squid Games.

Movie, TV, and novel rights are already being shopped, with sources close to the process saying “eight-figure offers” for the publishing rights are being considered.

This wouldn’t be the first time James has teamed up with a celebrity to co-write a novel. In the past, he’s also worked with Dolly Parton, Viola Davis, and former President Bill Clinton.
