The wife of the "naughty Tory" sex attack MP said she had to leave him after a "horrible and humiliating" court ordeal. Natalie Elphicke, who succeeded her husband Charlie as the MP for Dover, Kent, dumped him on Twitter hours after he was found guilty of three sex attacks and told he may go to jail.
She had arrived at court hand-in-hand with the ex-MP on Thursday but they left separately. She later tweeted: "Today’s verdict is one that brings profound sorrow.
It ends my 25 year marriage to the only man I have ever loved." Now, in an interview with the Sun on Sunday, Natalie said finding texts Elphicke had sent to one of his victims pushed her to leave him.
