Motorist caught by Scots police after driving from England 'with no insurance'

A brazen driver was caught by Scots road cops after having driven from England 'with no insurance'. Dumbarton Road Police were travelling along the A82 near Balloch when they spotted the vehicle before stopping its driver.

Officers discovered that the man behind the wheel had travelled from down south allegedly without being insured, report Glasgow Live.
