After sitting stagnant on the market for a staggering seven years, a run-down mews house in one of London’s most sought-after areas has finally found a new owner.
The property in Maida Vale, which sits on Pindock Mews, initially went up for sale in 2017 with an eye-watering price tag of £2.5 million.
Dubbed London's 'most derelict' house, it sat on a street made famous by Sex Pistols guitarist Sid Vicious and his girlfriend Nancy Spungen.
Despite its status, it boasted just one bedroom and was evidently in a dire state of disrepair. But estate agent Noah Pearlman from Harding Green has now managed to bag a sale, having been in charge of marketing the property since the beginning.
