Chilling CCTV footage shows the final moments of a 21-year-old woman before she was reported missing. Police searching for a woman, named only as Kelly, have released clips taken at Oxford Railway Station before she vanished.She was last seen wheeling a black bike, with a beige seat at 12.40pm on Thursday, November 7.

Kelly was wearing a black puffer on top of black hoodie or beanie cap. On her feet she was wearing black and pink trainers. Officers described her as a white woman, around 5ft tall, with brown hair.

It's understood that Kelly is originally from the Oxfordshire town of Witney.
