A disgruntled Morrisons shopper was so frustrated after buying a rhubarb pie he sent it to the supermarket's chief executive.
The customer says he bought the pie for £1.50 on September 5. But after purchasing the item, he noticed it had a use by date of September 4.
The man blamed staff 'cutbacks' for the oversight, pointing the finger at company bosses. He says he was offered a £2 refund through an e-voucher, Birmingham Live reports.
But instead of accepting the offer, the shopper decided he wanted to highlight the problem to the top of the company.
