Tickets for some of the first Oasis gigs in 16 years are now on sale - and the queues are massive. General sale for the band's two shows in Dublin opened at 8am.

The Manchester legends will play 17 shows in a tour of the UK and Ireland next summer, including five nights planned at Heaton Park as well concerts in Cardiff, London and Edinburgh.

It comes after Liam and Noel Gallagher buried the hatchet and agreed to get back together after a 15-year feud. Announcing the reunion on Tuesday, the band said: "The guns have fallen silent, The stars have aligned.

The great weight is over. Come see. It will not be televised.” READ MORE: Will you get your money back if Oasis breakup and cancel the reunion tour? Ticket for the UK shows will go on sale at 9am.
