Dashcam footage from a passing car captured Wayne Couzens and Ms Everard after he stopped and handcuffed her and accused her of breaking the Covid-19 lockdown in a "false arrest".
A court heard the Metropolitan Police officer used his handcuffs and warrant card to snatch Ms Everard as she walked home from visiting a friend in Clapham, south London, on the evening of March 3.
After clocking off from a 12-hour shift that morning, he went on to rape and strangle the 33-year-old marketing executive with his police
