Moment Scots baby 'fed wine' in clip that shocked and distressed social media users

The little girl, who was less than 18-months-old at the time, was filmed sitting in the chair on January 20 last year. In the footage, she is shown being given a drink from the bottle of what appeared to be alcohol.

The bottle is placed in her mouth and her head looks to be forced back as she drinks from it.
