The social media influencer, 21, decided to do a round of Q&A with her fans, when one asked about her lips. One curious fan asked Molly if she has had any lip fillers done, to which the former Love Island star answered honestly.
Molly confessed: "I do, yes, but I have been thinking recently that I want to get them dissolved. I'm not sure anymore, I'm just not feeling it anymore." The blonde bombshell - who is dating Tommy Fury - admitted that she's holding off dissolving her lip filler as she claims she's naturally got "no lips".
