The Love Island star, 21, had been out for a lavish dinner with her friend and hairstylist, Jay Birmingham the night previously.
Posting an image of a bouquet of flowers on the kitchen island counter-top from her home with boyfriend Tommy Fury in Cheshire, Molly-Mae shared the sad news with her fans.
Molly-Mae wrote on her Instagram Stories: "Been looking forward to today's shoot all week and then I get food poisoning the night before. "So gutted." The image of the flowers also had a gif saying "Sick day" and a time-stamp of 11.30am.
