Molly-Mae Hague 'so self-conscious' as rare fungal skin condition returns

Molly-Mae Hague revealed her devastation after noticing that her incurable skin condition had returned overnight.The former Love Island star, who shared the "teething issues" at her £3.5million mansion's renovations, is currently in Spain, where she is shooting a campaign for her tanning brand, Filter by Molly-Mae.

And the 22 year old took to her Instagram Story on Wednesday to share a snap of her pigmented arm. "I actually can't believe I've woken up this morning to my pigmentation having come back," Molly-Mae wrote.  "It took me a whole year to get rid of this last time.

I didn't get my arms out because I was so self-conscious." Molly-Mae added: "I actually can't believe it's come back. No idea what could have caused it." She added to her followers: "I think the actual term for this is tinea versicolor." Tinea Versicolor, also known Pityriasis Versicolor, is a common fungal skin infection.

It occurs when the usual layer of fungus everyone has on their skin grows and spreads more than usual and causes patches of skin to change colour.
