Molly-Mae Hague has told fans she 'wants to be transparent' with them as she confirmed making changes to her appearance, years after ditching fillers.

The former Love Island star went on a journey to embrace her natural look after years of cosmetic 'tweakments' around three years ago, Molly-Mae, who was 22 at the time, was worried that she resembled someone from the reality show Botched which sees doctors remedy extreme plastic surgeries gone wrong.

The reality star, who found fame in 2019 when she coupled up with Manchester boxer Tommy Fury on the ITV2 reality show Love Island, said the turning point came when she took a selfie during a club appearance and was shocked by what she saw. I remember looking at it and thinking, 'I don't know what I've done to my face.'" She added: "I went from looking like a teenager to someone on [extreme plastic surgery show] Botched.
