The lovebirds first made their romance official white appearing on the 2019 season of the show, and although they had a couple of ups and downs while in the villa, Molly-Mae and Tommy have been going strong ever since.
The loved-up pair, both 22, took to Instagram to share heartfelt messages with each other to mark the special occasion.
