Liverpool have been warned that Mohamed Salah could miss several months of next season if the coronavirus pandemic causes the calendar to be changed.
The Egypt international is likely to prioritise playing for his country, first in the Africa Cup of Nations next January and February, and then the Tokyo Olympics in July and August.
