Madonna ’s ex-girlfriend, model Jenny Shimizu, has revealed she felt like a “high-class hooker” while dating the singer in the ’90s.
Shimizu, 57, opened up about her romance with the Material Girl singer, for the final episode of Hulu documentary In Vogue. Talking about the romance, she says she was at Madonna ’s beck and call.
She said: “I mean, you’re not gonna say no to Madonna in the ’90s. “Not only was it great feeling like a high-class hooker — because really it was.”Shimizu rose to fame in the early 1990s through her modelling career.She had been working as a mechanic when she was approached to model for Calvin Klein in print ads before moving up to the runway.Shimizu made history as she became the first Asian model to walk for Prada and was the first person of colour to open the show.
