'Moana 2' Trailer Debuts, Introduces Moana's Little Sister & Teases New Villain - Watch Now!
justjared.comThe official trailer for the upcoming Disney sequel Moana 2 was just released! Stars Dwayne Johnson and Auli’i Cravalho debuted the trailer while attending D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event on Friday evening (August 9) in Anaheim, Calif.
At the event, Dwayne confirmed Maui is singing again, and we learned that the movie will introduce Moana’s little sister, who can be seen in the trailer. Auli’i even performed a new song, “We’re Back,” from the upcoming animated movie musical! After receiving an unexpected call from her wayfinding ancestors, Moana must journey to the far seas of Oceania and into dangerous, long-lost waters for an adventure unlike anything she’s ever faced.
Also reprising their voice roles include Rachel House as Moana’s Grandma, Tala; Temuera Morrison as Moana’s father, Chief Tui; and Nicole Scherzinger as Moana’s mother, Sina.
