Missing Brit hiker's life is 'not as idyllic as it seems', police warn as CCTV emerges

mirror.co.ukPolice have claimed that the domestic life of Esther Dingley, the British hiker missing in the Pyrenees, 'was not as idyllic as social media suggests'.
Esther, 37, was last heard from on November 22 after she headed off on a solo hike from Spain into France. Her partner Dan Colegate, 38, reported her missing after she failed to return after walking from the Port de la Glere to the Port de Venasque, a trek which follows the border between France and Spain.
Esther and Dan had been travelling throughout Europe since 2014 and she was expected to return from the solo trek on Wednesday.
The latest comments from police came as CCTV footage showed the missing woman in a supermarket, where a shopper described her as 'sad and thoughtful'.
