Mike De Decker told Nathan Aspinall he doesn’t deserve a Premier League darts spot as the Belgian let rip over his omission from the tournament.

Despite winning the World Grand Prix last year, one of the sport’s biggest tournaments, De Decker’s name was missing as the PDC unveiled the eight-player line-up for 2025, which includes a stop in Manchester on April 10.

Despite a tough 2024, Stockport thrower Aspinall made the cut as one of the four wildcards along with Stephen Bunting, Chris Dobey and Gerwyn Price.

They joined new world champion Luke Littler and the other automatic selections, Luke Humphries, Michael van Gerwen and Rob Cross.
