Pop Idol star Michelle McManus has given birth to her baby boy, a son named Nicholas. The 41 year old singer, who regularly documented her pregnancy over the latter half of last year, announced the happy news she and her new baby are safe and well to mark the start of a new month in an Instagram post.

Sharing an adorable first snap of her little boy, Michelle, who shares 23 month old son Harry with her husband Jeff Nimmo, debuted her second child in photo showing him in a gorgeous knitted blue and white cardigan as he lay soundly sleeping in a moses basket. “Goodbye January 2022,” the reality TV favourite began her caption.
