She said the former The Only Way Is Essex (TOWIE) star was so moved by her portrayal of Maya Burkett he ended up crying by the end of the series. "I was like, 'What are you crying for?!'" Michelle laughed. "But he knew how nervous I'd been and was just so proud." In the gripping drama, Michelle plays a mother haunted by the belief her husband is dead—until she spots him alive on her nanny cam.
Despite the show’s massive success, breaking Netflix records with over 37 million accounts streaming it in its first week, Michelle admitted she struggled with self-doubt after reading a single negative review when the first episode aired.
She turned off her phone for an entire day and avoided watching the show until Mark encouraged her, reports the Mirror.
