Pregnant Michelle Keegan and her husband Mark Wright had a harrowing experience as they barricaded themselves in their bedroom after masked intruders targeted their Essex home.The 37-year-old Brassic actress and her reality TV beau, who are expecting their first child, were reportedly jolted by the sound of their porch window shattering, followed by the sound of their alarm on Tuesday night.

Reports suggest that four intruders were inside the property for nearly a minute before bolting when they heard Mark shouting.The couple's security system swiftly alerted the authorities.

Although nothing was taken from their £3.5 million abode, the pair were reportedly left "very shaken up" following the ordeal, which ended with the culprits making a dash in a getaway vehicle.

An Essex Police spokesperson confirmed yesterday that the probe into the break-in is ongoing, saying: "It was reported four suspects had forced entry to an address, carrying out a search of the property before fleeing.
