She wrote: "Georgie got the closure she so desperately needed... ‘All is well in the world’ ❤️." Viewers tonight saw the character track down the man who killed her boyfriend Elvis - but refused to shoot him.
Earlier in the night, Michelle made a rare appearance on Instagram addressing fans of the BBC drama for backing her in the role.
