Michelle Keegan reveals NYD plans with family and the one thing she refuses to do
ok.co.ukWhile many of us will be spending New Year's Day watching Michelle Keegan in Netflix's latest thriller Fool Me Once, the ex Coronation Street star has opened up about her own plans for the start of 2024.
Michelle, 36, has revealed that she'll be welcoming her mum, Jacqueline, and her brother, Andrew, into her Essex home for a chilled evening in. "I'll probably be made to binge [Fool Me Once] as my mum is coming down to stay with me and my brother's going to be there," she said. "It'll be like, 'Right Michelle, get the bits table out, let's get a few drinks.'" The Netflix star added however that having seen the first episode of Fool Me Once already, she doesn't want to do it again - and has plans to slip away while her family screen it. “I’m not watching episode one again, I’ve done it now.
I’ll have a bath when they watch that!” she laughed. Michelle rose to fame as Tina McIntyre on ITV's Coronation Street, before leaving to star in dramas likes Ordinary Lies, Our Girl and Ten Pound Poms.
She takes in the lead in Fool Me Once, playing army pilot Maya who is dealing with the deaths of both her husband Joe (Richard Armitage) and her sister.
