In the first photo she'd just completed a gruelling workout and looked exhausted, but in the second snap she looked happy as she posed in a swimming costume.
It comes after Michelle revealed she checked into rehab at The Priory back in April after struggling with alcohol and health issues during lockdown.
And the popstar looked like she was doing well in the photos she posted this week. In the first snap, Michelle chugged on a bottle of water as she posed on her knees on an exercise mat.
